The Venue

A Beaux-Arts icon deserves an unforgettable evening

Behind Patience and Fortitude, the New York Public Library’s Stephen A. Schwarzman Building opens into some of the city’s most breathtaking rooms — marble Astor Hall, the mural-lined McGraw Rotunda, and the glass-domed Celeste Bartos Forum.

Genesis Events has curated entertainment for luxury New York weddings since 2008. In halls of marble and glass, acoustics are the craft: ceremony sound that stays crystal clear, cocktail music that flatters the architecture, and a reception in the Forum that turns a library into a dance floor.
