Pioneer Works is Red Hook’s cathedral of industry — a three-story former ironworks whose Main Hall soars beneath towering windows, opening onto a 20,000-square-foot garden that lets the celebration flow indoors and out.
Genesis Events has curated entertainment for luxury New York weddings since 2008. A raw, production-friendly hall this size is a blank canvas: we bring the full stage — sound, lighting and a program with real dynamics — and build the room around your night.

Does Genesis Events perform at Pioneer Works?
Yes. Pioneer Works is among the Brooklyn venues we serve — and because the hall has no built-in AV, we bring complete sound and lighting production designed for the space.
How many guests can Pioneer Works hold?
The Main Hall hosts up to around 600 seated guests or roughly 1,000 standing, with the garden holding a similar standing crowd. The venue can confirm current configurations for your celebration.
How much does wedding entertainment cost at Pioneer Works?

How far in advance should we book?
For peak-season Saturdays we recommend booking nine to twelve months ahead, as prime dates are reserved early.

Yes. Our hosts are fluent in up to six languages, ideal for multicultural weddings that bring families and traditions together.
What entertainment options do you offer?
